Animal Gear Outdoor Online Shop has no customer support service

I purchased a pet item online from this company. Big mistake not to stick to well established online companies. I am not happy with the item, it just does not work despite all my efforts to set it up properly. The supplier has not rep**** to my emails in a month, simply ignoring me. Moreover, I cannot log into their website to review the item purchase and their facebook page does not allow reviews either. Stay away from them.
