Animal Gear Online Shop is a ****

Animal Gear is a ****ming online shop. They ask for EFT payment and then you do not hear from them again. I tried phoning them but there is no answer. No response received from e-mailing them. I have not received the items ordered and which I have paid in full. It is now 4 weeks since I made the online payment.
