Animal Gear- NO customer Service
Good Day,
I ordered online with Animal Gear SA on the 5th December 2018, and forwarded via email, as requested, POP. I have had NO feedback from Animal Gear after Numerous Calls and emails sent. The phone number on their website rings and then always " Cuts " out. This is appalling service delivery, especially as we try support local. Is there anyone that could kindly assist? We did run in to capacity issues over Black Friday and into December with the huge influx of orders, emails and enquiries. We have also since resolved our telephone issues and cleared our backlog and are again on top of things. Again please accept our apologies as we pride ourselves on giving continual excellent service especially over busy times. We have finalised your credit and trust all is now in order.
