Animal Gear - NO COMMUNICATION WANT MY MONEY BACK

I ordered 2 x Vanguard PH304 window mounts on 24 March 2018. Paid for the items as they showed in stock. I have e-mailed Animal Gear to confirm when will delivery be but no response from them i phoned them on 27 March and the lady said she will phone me back im still waiting for her to call me back. I paid them and they are ignorning customers when they try to find out what happened to their orders
