I enquired about a Sunbeam kettle and the sales consultant Dylan went the extra mile to assist. He didn't just recommend a very good kettle but he also responded to my enquiry within 10 minutes. Well done Animal Gear. My kettle was also on its way to my doorstep within 2 days! Now this is what I call GOOD service.
