Animal FEAR

I ordered and payed for some items on 27 November 2018. First feedback from them was on 12 December (after I contacted them numerous to inquire about progress). Received first few items on 22 December in very shoddy packaging. 1 more item was sent according to them, but never received. 1 item has not been sent to date. There is no answer on their phones and they only respond to about 50% of the emails I send. Worst online ordering experience ever.
