Refund refused

On 24 August, Savannah Kloeck ***) of Animal Dynamics Physiotherapy came to my house to do physiotherapy on my potbel**** ***. When she arrived, she said he is too big and she can't work with him as she has a slipped disc in her back. I had to pay R600 for the consultation plus R200 travel upfront the day before. Ms Kloeck said she would refund the R600 as she did not do a consultation. As she left my property, she drove into a 20 cm high wall on the pavement in front of my house. She got out of the car and inspected it for damage, did not see any and left. A few days later when I sent her my banking details for the refund, she rep**** that she's had to replace a hubcap and that she won't refund me the R600 as that is what the hubcap cost. I feel that as I wasn't driving the car and the incident happened on the pavement she cannot hold back my R600 for a consultation that was not done.
