Uncaring AACL - all about money and not caring about animals

On 24 May 2022 I took my dog to the Animal Anti-Cruelty League in Johannesburg (on appointment) for a Cyst-like Knob on testicals and bleeding profusely. The Dr. said he must do blood tests first to determine what is wrong. Blood tests done on 01 Jun 2022 and he would phone with results. He never phoned, I had to and I was told it is clear and castration would be done on 06 Jun 2022. We fetch our dog on 07 June 2022 and was ones again assured that our dog was free of cancer and would live a long and healthy life. Six months after the operation we saw the dog was swelling where the testicals was removed. On 12 Dec 2022 (on appointment) we took the dog back and saw another doctor. He said he thinks it could be cancer but is not sure. We also asked him about a few knobs that was appearing under his skin and he said not to worry, all old dogs get it, its fibroses and it's normal. The dog was injected twice, for pain and for anti-inflammatory and we received pills for the next five days and had to come back for a checkup. Thereafter my dog started to bulge knobs all over his body and blood pouring out. We took him to a private vet on 6 Jan 2023 because we did not trust the AACL anymore. We also had to hear from other people the horror stories of their experiences. The doctor there examined the dog and told us that he does not have long to live. The dog was completely covered with cancer over his whole body. She gave us pain medication and said we must bring him back in five days time and if there are no improvement she will have to euthanize him. But unfortunately our dog passed away in the early morning of 7 Jan 2023. PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE TAKING YOUR BELOVED ANIMALS TO AACL UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE.
