Horrible service Animal Cruelty in Johannesburg

Horrible horrible service from animal cruelty in Johannesburg. The inspector Rudolph NEVER answer my calls or give me any feedback on the case. I've been battling for more than 3 months to resolve a problem with tenants that keeps 20 plus cats on my property without any progress. The inspector as well as the manager Cindy doesn't take my calls and i need a report of progress for a court date on the 16 of April 2019.
