Waste My Time

To whom it may concern,

About 3 weeks ago I ordered some earrings. A week after I ordered them on the day it was supposed to be delivered when putting in the tracking number into the Ram website it told me that the truck had been hijacked and so I would not be getting my earrings. For the past 2 weeks I have been calling in to try and get a replacement. You do not answer your phones and emails don't go through. Nothing has arrived I am extremely frustrated and pretty close to just asking for a refund. Please can you tell me whats going on? Give me a tracking number? Something? In the past 3 weeks I have not received one email from you guys informing me whats happening which is pretty ridiculous.
