Bad service

The manager was very rude, and he kept me waiting for something that i am paying for for almost 30 minutes and told the casher that i have to wait whilst he was busy chatting to his preferred customers. It was disgusting. He treated me like durt. I will never forget it. In fact at some point i think he was being ****** because why would you treat someone like that if you dont know them?
