Worst Managing Agent

I am totally disgusted at the lack of interest and care received from Oscar and Chantelle. It has been months leading to years we've dealt with the same issues. Leakage, damp on the walls, window frames ready to fall apart. I am reluctant to even give a 1 star rating. You have no care for your properties and even less consideration for the people who reside in them. Reps from the Body Corporate has been here several times and still nothing is done. We've paid for the replacement of window frames 3 weeks ago and to date nothing was done? We've had countless meetings constantly addressing these issues and still nothing changes.
