Worst Managing agency
Have a property in KZN Meadowlands, lack of service and transparency from managing agent. There has been no AGM since i bought the property, its always set up and cancelled.

12 Feb 2024, 14:32 The Trustees intended to hold the AGM on two separate dates in late 2023, both of which were cancelled by the Trustees. The Trustees also requested our offices to distribute communication for an intended AGM to be held on 8 February 2024, however we received no further instruction to distribute a formal notice of this meeting. We have received communication from the Trustees that they are drafting communication to all owners to explain the delays and the reason for the delays. We hope to receive instruction in this matter soon.
