Waiting FOR CLEARANCE FIGURES REFUND

I was advised by Veronica that I would receive mh refund after 7 working days from the 25th of May 2026. When I was paying my Levies and rates, not once did I miss a payment or pay late, now I have sold my property and waiting for my clearance figures to be refunded it's an issue. I dont want to talk about their manager Charmaine who is not available to assist and delays the process.
