Very disappointed

I must say I am extremely disappointed in the service received from Angor Property Specialists - Property Management at the wedge complex, Specifically a lady named Nonto Mndaba. i am a new owner at this property that I had to move into and I had followed the necessary process required to arrange the movement and access. With all that done they did not stick to their turnaround time, i kept calling Nonto and sending her emails she was getting irritated and yet never provided feedback. To date I am still waiting for her feedback....she does not respond to my emails regardless of how I mention the urgency of this matter. I am very disappointed

Thank you for contacting us via Hello Peter.

We can confirm that Nonto has received all the information sent through. She has forwarded the information to the Scheme Executives who must authorise loading of the information onto the intercom system. We apologise that there has been a delay in this regard but note that the delay is not on ANGOR’s side.

As previously communicated, there is a fault on the intercom system and we are waiting for the manufacturer and the installer to resolve the fault. We apologise for the delay in you receiving your remote but note that this is out of our control.

We understand your frustration as moving-in to your new home has not been a smooth process, but assure you that the ANGOR team is communicating with the Scheme Executives and the service providers and await their feedback.

Reviewer Update
Let me give you the full context..seems you not aware of it......Please note the remote matter you are referring to in your response is the second part of this whole disappointment. The first and big one was that I had to move in on the 21st August and as you know I can only be allowed in the gate with the truck loading my staff only if security has the signed movement form from the trustees which this process was facilitated by Angor/Nonto to be specific.
Now I completed my part on the form and sent it through to Nonto on the 16th Aug(Monday) as the form mentions that this has to be done 4 days before moving. I then did not get any update from Nonto neither did she mention the turn around time. I then followed up with her on email on Wednesday the 18th and she did not respond to my email. I tried calling her on Thursday 19th and couldn't get through to her as I was transferred by the switchboard operator and ended up being answered by incorrect people.
Friday morning, I sent another follow up email to both Nonto and Lisa requesting that I get urgent feedback as I had to move in the next day and still no authorization or at least an update from the mail I sent on Monday. I still did not get a response to my email.I had to call in requesting for Nonto and I kept being transferred from pillar to post. After holding on for such a long time,I finally got through to her and she just told me that she is waiting for the trustees to sign....I requested her to follow up with the relevant people as this is urgent.....she just said okay with no interest at all!
After a few hours,I called her for the second and third time on Friday and she just mentioned the same thing. It didn't sound like she took it as urgent as I kept reiterating to her .....the third time she answered me in a very rude tone and said "ma'am I heard you and I told you that I will get back to you when I have feedback" and I am like I am moving tomorrow!!! I asked her nicely if she will be able to provide feedback before she knocks off at 4 and she confirmed twice that I will get the feedback before she knocks off. Guess what! It was now 16:15 and I did not get any feedback from Nonto as she promised!
Mind you everything is planned accordingly with the moving company to assist the next day....So now I had to run around like a headless chicken to try and get a trustee in the complex to authorize this move.....disturb them at the comfort of their home after working hours for them to assist! Thank God I finally won!
Now with your response saying such is beyond your control ,I totally disagree and I think you should own up to your responsibilities. Why did Nonto not bother giving me feedback for the whole week? I only spoke to her when I call through. Are you also saying it was not Nonto's duty to sort out my movement or follow up as much as she can? She also promised that she will definitely give me feedback before she knocks off on Friday and that did not happen! Based on your response, are you saying Angor employees don't live up to their promises?! Are those Angor's Service levels?
I think you can agree that the service I received from Nonto was extremely bad....honestly she had to keep me updated on this and also follow up accordingly with the stake holders involved to ensure a smooth process on this!! I didn't have to struggle this much whereas there is a property management company involved in this! I can tell you other management companies in other complexes are doing this way much better than how you handled my movement.

To my surprise ,while running around to get a trustee....i came across three residents who were also very unhappy of Nonto's services/Angor...they kept telling me that my situation is almost "normal" to them as they have experienced such bad service before. Unfortunately to me it can never be normal as i expect professionalism from Angor.......and again it was just a movement process...how much more bad service will i receive from Angor if i have serious issues for them to assist with?!
Anyway,I am waiting on the arrangement of the intercom that she is arranging now and just wonder how much longer will this one take..... I will come back to update a review.
