VAT on Statements
I would appreciate some clarification on Levy Statements issued by Angor for Sectional Title schemes. I have no real experience in these matters, but should the Levy Statement have a place to capture the VAT Classification for a VAT Registered company like yourselves even if Zero Rated or Exempt?

10 Apr 2026, 10:05ANGOR is not the recipient of the levy payments, we only facilitate the sending of statements and receipt of payments into the Scheme’s bank account. Very few community schemes are VAT registered. Should your Scheme not be VAT registered, the levy is exclusive of VAT.
