Useless Service
I am still awaiting a response regarding a query about our unit in Silver Birch Gardens.
What is the point of a portfolio specialist if there is nothing special about the service we receive?
And the lady supposed to be helping (Zanele Nkwinika) passed the buck and asks for assistance from I'm assuming a manager (Phillip Van Vuuren) who decides to ignore the matter completely.
I will like this matter solved urgently as we been waiting for a response for 3 weeks now which is ridiculous.
Unfortunately I cannot rate this company zero stars as 1 star is the lowest, Which you don't even deserve.
