unacceptable really

TO be honest i am not happy with the assistance i am receiving from this group and it's trustees, when the lock down got eased my tenant had to go home and pick up her brother when she arrived at the gate she was not permitted to enter the complex, all remotes were deactivated, i tried speaking to the trustees none of them were willing to assist, she then had to drive back all the way to orange farm, in feb she had an altercation with her partner (married) then he moved out for sa bit but still contributing his rent, they are now okay and he wants to return to his wife and now they do not want to allow him into the complex , this is the same man that has a remote and has been living there for the past two years

I called on tuesday to try have this sorted the manager from angor said she'd get back to me, i called the trustees they have advised tha they do not want to get invovled i should get hold of angor, in all of this i believe they should be assisting in making the journey easier for owners but instead i feel like im being tossed around interms of what is required for him to be allowed back in the complex

I mean the only thing i need is my tenant back into the complex he doesnt need a lease agreement as that was renewed in october last year, secondly his belongings are still in the complex, the guards know this person and to actually disallow him in when he has been paying his rent is not fair at all

,
You are still going to have to comply to Government Stipulated Regalation Requirements.
Your action is pathetic and childish to say the least and is being frowned upon.
So go back to the initial explanation, get your required documents in place and comply to what the Government has outlined in published.
You thinking that you can maybe get Lisa in trouble, it aint going to happen, I will gladly write an email to Dennis Flammer or Paul Brent to explain your unwillingness to comply to what was explained to you over and over.

I have in fact spoken to Paul just now and share my failed experience with trying to in a friendly helpfull way try assist you to no avail.

Really you know, when people are being very helpful and 100% clear and then you choose to actually do this.
Very very disappointing to then see you try this.

So please, contact Peter Cheales, ask him to ask Cyril to make an exemption in your special case of lazyness to comply to Gazetted Regulation.from the trustee really

Thank you for contacting ANGOR.  The Trustees have advised you that you are required to obtain and present the required permit to move. The requirement for a permit is not a conduct rule of the Scheme nor a special requirement of the Trustees or Managing Agent.

The requirement for the relevant permit is a government regulation in terms of COVID-19 Level 4 restrictions . Please present the required permit to ensure that you may move into the unit.

" The requirement for the relevant permit is a government regulation in terms of COVID-19 Level 4 restrictions . Please present the required permit to ensure that you may move into the unit. " This is for people that have entered new lease agreements either prior to lock down not existing tenants moving back home , but thank you for allowing my tenant back into the complex
