The most *********** property "specialists" to deal with

We have had a leak in our bathroom from the unit upstairs from us for over a year now. Our wall is completely stained and there's water leaking from the ceiling into our bathtub. We have lodged a complaint to the property managers but the emails just keep going back and forth, they come up with delays in the form of giving the owner of the unit updtairs a time frame to fix the problem yet months and months go by. The worst part is that they have come up with a solution being that they will fix the leak and charge it to owner's account yet they are not acting on it. I constantly have to keep hounding them for any feedback. This is terrible service indeed, I don't know if whether they are waiting for the entire ceiling to collapse and have someone get injured before the act or what. Thsi leakage was not caused by us and we reported the issue as soon as we noticed it, our caretaker has done the same but still nothing has been done. What is the point of calling yourself property managers when you fail to respond to problems with your property? I am totally disappointed, angry and fed up with such treatment.

The matter of the leak in the unit above yours was brought to ANGOR’s attention in September 2016. ANGOR’s role is to manage the finances of the building on behalf of the Body Corporate. ANGOR acts as liaison between owners on matters regarding the common property, but is not involved with matters inside units. We therefore referred the matter to the Maintenance Manager of your building. He investigated and confirmed the leak. The resolution of this matter was then in the hands of the owner of the unit.
ANGOR did not receive any communication between December 2016 and March 2017 and therefore understood that the matter had been dealt with, by the owners concerned. On 1 March, when we received your email stating that the unit above yours was still leaking, ANGOR contacted the owner of the unit directly, advising of the leak. The owner referred the matter to Urban Network, who confirmed that the matter had been attended to.
Upon receiving your email on 25 April, ANGOR contacted the owner to follow up on the matter. On 23 May, ANGOR followed up with the owner again regarding fixing the leak and repairing your unit. On the afternoon of 24 May, the owner confirmed that Urban Network would be sending a contractor to repair both units.
We will be emailing you the contact details of Urban Network, who are responsible for arranging the repairs to both units.
