The client is always stupid

Angor had been contracted in December 2016 as managing agents for the complex.

I'm not sure whether the modus operandi of the organisation is to engage clients then disregard them or whether the agent - Wallace - simply does not know what customer service is.

The tasks which they agree to perform - contractually - are only done when they feel like it, as opposed to being done because it is what is paid for.

They have as yet - 3 months down the line - not even opened the bank accounts they had promised.

The service is shocking.

Management is also not in the habit of replying or making themselves available to speak or give feedback on the issues raised.

We have investigated the matter and can confirm that a Trust Account for the complex was opened by ANGOR on 9 November 2016, as per the requirements of both ANGOR's agreement and the Act. Please confirm with your Portfolio Specialist the amounts to be transferred to two additional Body Corporate accounts (General Reserve & Maintenance Reserve), so that we may finalise opening these accounts for you as soon as possible. While this should be done as soon as possible, there is no specific time frames set for this process.

We assure you that the General Manager of the Property Management Division is available to assist you should you have concerns or questions. He can be contacted on ***

We make information and several documents available to you through our secure online system: ANGOR Online. This includes the Trust Account balance snap shot, Trust Account statements, creditor payments and debtors balances. Please contact the Special Projects division on *** if you would like to have a chat about the system or would like us to send you your username and password. We can also host a meeting at our offices where we demonstrate the system to you and your fellow Trustees.

Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Had the handover been done effectively, those figures would be available.

There was no request for assistance, nor query raised by your consultant if there were problems, over the last 2 months.

Sadly, your problems do not end there - today for example, I requested payroll information for our Caretaker and Gardener, I was sent the payroll information of one of your other clients...as requested by your consultant.

The lack of attention to detail is seeping through at every level.

Thank you for your offer of a meeting, we will definitely be taking you up on it.

I will email you as soon as I have the availability of the other trustees.

I look forward to meeting with you.
