Thank you Melanie for being so helpful and efficient! I was kept updated every step of the way with my insurance claim through the body corporate and any questions I had were quickly answered. While I hope that I do not have to put in another claim for a long time, I am reassured to know that if I need to, it will be a pleasant experience. Thank you again!
