Thank you Melani

I love to give credit where credit is due and after all of the hard and consistent work that Melani has put these last few months, she definitely deserves it. Our apartment was flooded by the unit above ours and it triggered a very long and complicated insurance claim process. Between lawyers, insurers, landlords and realtors there were a lot of people and moving parts which would've proved so much more complicated if Melani wasn't involved. She was quick and consistent when it came to addressing any of my queries and she escalated matters and cc'd the relevant persons without hesitation or question. No question or query was too big or small and when I got frustrated with a specific part of the process she calmly stepped in to address my concerns (or reached out to the person who could assist). Thank you Melani for all of your help!
