Surrey Hills biggest mistake!!!!!

Angor Property is the worst place anyone could ever have association with. I refer to their property in Midrand, Surrey Hills. The way the rental and admin people deal with tenants leaves a bad taste in ones mouth.

1. They are never available to tenants when they are needed. There’s no emergency number that you can call instead you are told to log a call that will only be attended the following day after 9am. There was an incident where they instructed their service provider Stss to switch off my units lights because they couldn’t find my monthly payment even after I had sent them the proof of payment. That time I have a 2 year old in the house and even I tired to get ahold of them no one was around and Danny the property manager just switched his phone off. My electricity was only switched on the following day after 10am.

2. They used very cheap buildings materials in that complex. You can literally hear everything that your neighbor who live on top of you is doing. It’s annoying.

3. There was an incident where one of the securities had a verbal altercation with us and instead of them finding out what happened a month later I was given a warning letter. Needless to say I took it up with them.

4. Covid has affected a lot of people and businesses. Somethings there are situations beyond your control and lifestyle changes have to be made. Instead of trying to be human put understanding all they care about is money and making people suffer. When you tell them that you can no long afford to stay there you will firstly loose your entire deposits and then you are slapped with a huge bill that doesn’t make sense. Oh and by the way, you can’t even call them because the don’t take calls from people who pay them every month. A lot of tenants have complained about Danny and his team. They are very rude!!! Their electricity and water billing service provider STss is another ****. The experience in this places has been nothing but horrible.
