S'thembiso Matlou - Insurance Administrator extraordinaire!!!

This is a tricky review because I do not think much about Angor Property Specialists. I have often thought about seriously lobbying for them to be removed as managing agents of my complex, due to the way they have let me down in the past. Just when I was gearing up to actually do it, I encountered S'thembiso Matlou - Insurance Administrator Extaordinaire!! This lady is Angor's saving grace. She is professional, courteous, respectful, responsive. She gets back to you when she says she will. She keeps you informed of what is happening. She is excellent. The stay on my lobbying for Angor's removal as managing agents is soley due to the experience I have had engaging with S'thembiso.

Keep up the great work, S'thembiso! When you have some free time, please teach your colleagues (even the senior ones) how to be true professionals. To the Angor seniors, I hope you have her firmly lodged in your talent pipeline.
