Sorting out my levy account
There was an honest mistake made when paying my levy account, the situation was handled quickly and with great care to alleviate any stress. I am extremely appreciative of Sydney Monare who was my point of contact, he made sure everything was taken care of and we were able to fix my issue. Sydney is a true professional and was very helpful.
