Sharing of personal information without consent
I am really disappointed on how ANGOR does things. They gave people personal information about my property without my permission and when I called them the agent (Wallace) told me that they did not need my consent. People please stay away from this company if you wanna protect your personal information

Your complaint, as raised and addressed previously, relates to why Trustees have access to your personal information. Kindly note that ANGOR holds Body Corporate information on behalf of the Trustees, who are the custodians of the information. They therefore have access to all owners’ information.
We advise and guide Trustees to comply with POPI Act. Trustees are responsible and accountable for their actions. We further confirm that we comply with the POPI Act and we do not give out any personal information without consent. We are not aware of any Trustee non-compliance to the POPI Act. We shall remind Trustees of their obligations in this regard.

30 Dec 2020, 14:26I did not give my permission to give personal details e.g. name and surname and including contacts details. The trustees are not a company and I never gave them my details and I do not owe any one so I will like my personal details to sit with the company I gave and then not shared with anyone without my permission. The day I owe you something that’s the day I expect a contact from any of you until then live me the hell alone
