Security breach after appointing Angor
<p>My in laws own a few rental units in a development and Angor recently took over as the property agent there. One of their first projects as the new agents was to change the security company that was working there. Not only did trusted security guards that we were accustomed to during the time we stayed there lose their jobs, they had 2 cars ****** from the property within a month of this change from a complex where you can only enter and exit with a tag or with a guard opening the gate. Tenants feel unsafe since Angor has taken over.</p>

As your managing agents, we report to your trustees and can only operate on their instruction - we cannot make any changes to service providers appointed by your trustees.
After a security incident in your complex in November 2015, your trustees agreed to change their security company and three quotes were requested from a selection of companies who are active in your area. The quotation from your current security company was approved because it included the cost of maintaining and replacing all current security equipment. This contract was signed by the trustees on 31 March 2016.
As the responsibility for appointing suppliers rests with your trustees, we respectfully request that you refer any queries in this regard to them.
