Samantha gave me excellent service during a recent plumbing repair at our complex which included a COJ water shut off. Not only did she regularly follow up and action every request with efficiency but she was even able to communicate with me on WhatsApp messaging to accommodate me during my classes when I was not able to take calls. Thanks Samantha!
