Refund processing
Our property sold in 2021, we received notification only in 2026 of a refund that needs to be processed on the levy. Even though I believe this should have been done a long time ago, at least is is being sorted out now and Veronica Maritz was very efficient and friendly in explaining why this is happening now, and then subsequently loading the payment. Thank you.
