Hi there, I dealt with Lionel Mdhluli, at the main reception. He was very polite and handled my request for a Show House for me and all was pretty smooth this time as I knew to request it a week in advance. With this particular estate, Jade Hills in Cedar Creek, the request needs to be done at least a week in advance for the directors to approve it. Most other estates only require notice on the Tuesday or Wednesday prior to the show house, so it is a bit long. Lionel did respond and handle my request as efficiently as he could though. Thank you.
