Poor service
I have an written approved arrangement to skip one month levy and catch up over the next 6 months. Suddenly after the first month, I get handed over to a Debt Collection company because my levy is behind. I have been struggling for the past week and half to get this sorted. I have sent email upon email with just no reply from Angor. I find this very unprofessional and frustrating.
