Poor Maintenance on Sectional title
We pay high levies and expect Angor to fix problems. We are living in sewage and toilets don't flush. They quick to send a levies reminder but don't maintain basic hygiene standards that they paid for....disgusting. They lie and promise stuff and just don't fix things. We are in a half pain Ted building. We've thrown our money into a disaster as long as Angor run this place

07 May 2026, 15:56We understand your frustration regarding the sewerage issue and appreciate that situations affecting essential services are extremely stressful for residents. For clarity, ANGOR is not a maintenance company. We are the managing agent appointed by the Scheme Executives/Trustees to administer the finances and management functions of the scheme. As part of this role, we assist the Trustees in sourcing and contacting contractors when maintenance issues are reported and when instructed to do so. Our offices received the request to source plumbing services yesterday, and both our Portfolio Manager and Maintenance Department immediately contacted multiple plumbing contractors to arrange assistance as quickly as possible. Before the appointed contractor attended site, the Scheme Executives elected to proceed with their preferred contractor, who is scheduled to attend to the drain today. Levies are administered in accordance with the scheme budget approved by members at the AGM. Maintenance decisions, contractor appointments, and project approvals remain the responsibility of the Trustees, with ANGOR acting on their instructions. Should you wish to submit a formal complaint or request further clarification, please do so in writing to the managing agent so that the matter may be formally addressed with the Trustees.
