PLEASE HELP PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU

Dear Angor Property Specialists - Property Management

Could you please be so kind as to tell the owner of 21 Melrose Place, 51 Atholl Oaklands, that their COJ account is not paid. Angor was the Managing Agent that has messed this all up. And how can I have sold my unit 21 Melrose place, 9 Chilli Road Roodekrans, my COJ account was sorted out. Angor even used to send our Levies account to the wrong Melrose Place. If you can't help to inform the Person who owns the Unit 21 Melrose Place, 51 Atholl Oaklands, please just inform them the Unit will be on the market next week. Please see your email sent back.

According to a deed search you are not the owner of the unit. However please note ANGOR does not have anything to do with your City of Johannesburg account and you would need to sort this matter directly with council.

Thank you for contacting us. ANGOR does not open, close or manage rates accounts. The Municipal Rates Act, in existence since 2008, places all responsibility for individual rates and refuse accounts with the unit owner. We recommend that you contact the council offices directly.

Reviewer Update
I didn't think that Angor will be of any assistance, Please Angor prepare my Levies for the sale of 21 Melrose Place, 51 atholl - Oaklands Road. If you say that this is not my property as per your email. Please prove it is not mine. I will collect the documents on Monday Morning at your offices, as the council will also want proof that this is not my property. PLease make sure all documents are in place otherwise i will take matters further.
