Performance Review by Takapuna Complex

On behalf of Takapuna Board of Trustees, I take pleasure in writing this review for ANGOR as one of the best managing agents in South Africa. We find ANGOR to be extremely versatile, which we understand to be a valuable trait in managing agent professionals.

ANGOR meets all our expectations in their role as managing agents. They adapt well to client demands and changing workloads, while maintaining a sense of detail, positive and friendly attitude, even under pressure.

Kerryn Porter demonstrates integrity and a practical driven approach to problem solving. She actively seeks different perspectives and meaningful solutions from clients (trustees), while maintaining integrity.

She does not shy away from ensuring that trustees resolve all outstanding matters timeously, even if she has to constantly send daily reminders. She responds to e-mails in a timely fashion and maintains transparency into the work she is handling on behalf of the the trustees. Kerryn and Natasia are valuable service providers to our complex.

I would certainly describe ANGOR as the best managing agent in town and I would encourage everyone to utilise their services.
