Pathetic Service
I emailed Sholeen about a blockage in the complex that is affecting our unit as the drains are overflowing onto our back yard and we have toilet paper as well as feces coming out of the outside drain and going onto the grass. I emailed Sholeen about this matter on the 5th June 2015 and received no response. This is not the first time that Sholeen has not responded to my emails and she has been very rude to me on several occasions. This is unacceptable I don't pay levies to chase after people nor do I pay to receive such poor responses. When dealing in the service industry one must be trained to handle matters effiecently and effectively with respect and manners. I am extremely unhappy with how this matter has been handled and I am sure if Sholeen had this happen at her home she would have it sorted out and would not ignore the issue as she has done with me. The groundskeeper Sipho has been here on several occasions to unblock the sewer line as he says the blockage is at number 21 but because of where our unit (23) is positioned it's all coming up our drain and the sewer line is overflowing with water. This is now affecting our kitchen and bathroom and is disgusting.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
We have investigated, and are able to advise that you have not had any direct dealing with Sholeen this year, so we are unable to assess when you may have felt she had been rude in her dealings with you. We apologise nevertheless for this. Regarding the blockage, your body corporate policy is for this to be dealt with by the caretaker, and only when all else fails are we permitted to call a plumber. We were advised by the caretaker on Thursday that this had been attended to, and it was confirmed by the owner at 11am on Friday. When the problem continued over the weekend while the caretaker was off duty, the owner called our call center and a plumber has been appointed to attend to the matter urgently. We trust that the plumber will solve the issue and assure you of our best intentions at all time.
