Nonchalant Behaviour from Angor
I recently had a loss of income and proceeded to contact our Property Specialist Teesh Sou****a from Angor Properties to inform her that I will not be able to make 1 July 2023 levy payment. However, I will pay double the amount in August. Teesh didn't even bother replying or redirecting my email to the relevant person. The aim of making this arrangement was to ensure that it is captured and agreed upon. Teesh please learn to respond to emails, as Angor Properties is very quick to send payment reminders yet cannot bother to respond to mails.

10 Jul 2023, 14:52Thank you for your email. We apologize for the lack of response from ANGOR and the Scheme' Estate Manager's office. ANGOR does not manage the debt collection for your Estate. All emails received regarding arrears or payment arrangements are therefore forwarded to the Estate Manager’s office for them to address with the client directly. The arrear notifications are also sent out from the Estate Manager and not ANGOR. An automated system is in place for the sending out of these messages. Your email was forwarded to their offices on the day you sent the email to ANGOR. We were unaware of the lack of response thereafter. We have also contacted the Estate Manager to find out why this was the case and they commented that in your email you stated that you were going to be paying your July levy. We will forward you the Estate Manager’s contact details directly, should you wish to discuss your arrears further.

10 Jul 2023, 15:00Thanks for the response. It’s still disappointing and dissatisfying that it takes a “Hello Peter” complaint to receive any acknowledgement.

10 Jul 2023, 15:07Yes and my email did state that I will make double payment in July. Such a pity that you never take responsibility for anything instead you point out a mere error. Why wasn’t the email responded to regardless? Learn to take responsibility for your actions.
