NON PAYMENT FOR SERVICES AND REPAIRS RENDERED

My husband completed work by replacing roof tiles and ensuring a roof was repaired for one of the tenants at La Piroque, a complex managed by Angor in Pretoria. This repair was carried out on the 26th of March 2026, WITHOUT a deposit. Despite several emails and phone calls, my husband has not been paid. There has been no feedback!!

We have reached out telephonically, etc. to no avail, even sent a letter of demand. The repairs were signed off, yet still no payment. We cannot close our books for March due to the outstanding payment of around R2712.00. The quote was issued on the 9th of February.

Yet another week has gone by, and nothing, NO COMMS, NO PAYMENT!! Now I will go all out on here, social media and wherever else until the money is paid, Then I will involve our attorney purely on the principle of not having been paid for work completed. We are out of pocket as a result!! And being treated like a charity organisation. Enough chances have been given. We want our payment!!! AND WE WANT IT TODAY! YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN ENOUGH WARNINGS!!
