No deposit after moving out
Moved out from a house managed by Angor where I was a tenant but 3 months later I have not received my deposit even though another tenant has already moved in.
All I hear is that we are waiting for the owner to approve that you should get your deposit and I am very unhappy after paying rent without missing a single month for straight 3 years is this how I should be treated?

17 Jan 2025, 08:01Apologies for any frustration experienced. In terms of our operating procedures, ANGOR’s rentals processes have been followed. We were waiting on a response from the owner on whether any maintenance deductions need to be made from the deposit, or whether we can proceed with no deductions for maintenance.
Bear in mind that the lease remains between tenant and owner. ANGOR Rentals do not have the authority to make decisions on behalf of any owner and can therefore not proceed with the processing of a refund without the owner’s approval.
After numerous follow-ups with the owner on whether the refund can be processed, we have received approval to proceed with no deductions for maintenance. We have also received your approval on the final figures and the refund can now be processed.
