No AGM since 2024!

We as the owners of Masingita Viilage have not had an AGM since 1 October 2024 and our financial documents have not been updated since 2023. We have sent countless email requests yet the trustees keep saying that Oscar has advised that he is still putting our financial statements together. This is a huge concern. By law, we need an AGM annually. We have lots of pressing matters to discuss.

We have 25% of owners (there is proof of votes) who have requested for a SGM to which the trustees are aware of. And again, we have been told Angor is working on this. We have sent email and have no response. The trustees have been given 14 days to respond (due date is 19 March 2026) with a time and date to the SGM, waiting any longer is no longer acceptable.

ANGOR has been following up with the auditors, who confirmed yesterday that the audit is still in progress and that they will provide further updates as the process advances. 
 
The Trustees are currently taking the necessary steps to ensure that the AGM is convened as soon as the financial statements are finalised. A formal notice of the meeting, with all relevant documentation, will be circulated to all members in accordance with the prescribed notice period. 
 
With regard to the Special General Meeting (SGM) petition, kindly forward this to the Portfolio Specialist.
