Never use them ever! Worthless company that doesn't care about its clients.
Worst managing agents around, may as well not even have a managing agent! Hopefully soon the complex will be rid of them! Been trying to have something with my geyser resolved since December and have tried everything to get some help! Now my house is flooded and now Im going to probably be told I have to pay! Managment also reallly does nothing in the company either!

21 May 2020, 11:29Thank you for contacting ANGOR.
We confirm that your request for assistance was received in November 2019 and that the insurance liaison sent through a list of information and images required by the Scheme’s insurance company to process a claim - please refer to the email sent on 4 December 2019. This claim was not settled as the required information was not received from you, in order for the insurance company to finalise the claim.
The excess for geyser and resultant damage claims is payable by the owner of the unit. This is not a requirement of ANGOR, but of the insurance company. The insurance company is selected by the members ***ners) of your Scheme at the Annual General Meeting and the insurance policy is circulated to all owners with the notice for the AGM.
Regarding the issue of water in your unit today, the email was received by the team this morning and they are assisting. A new insurance claim will need to be submitted, as this is a new incident.
