Never returned my calls or messages
I think Angor is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. No agent gets back to you - EVER. I have tried calling Gina for weeks now and she wont return my messages or calls. And its a simple question asking about wether or not a unit is still available... USELESS! Never again.
Whilst we can understand your frustration at not being able to speak with the agent when you called, please understand that the nature of a rental agent’s job is for their days to be filled with appointments, and they are therefore often not able to answer their phones or reply to messages whilst with clients or driving. You are most welcome to call our offices should you not be able to get hold of the agent and we will be able to assist you in this manner.
