Never purchase a property where Angor is involved

The absolute worst property manager you will find! I regret moving to Alinta will all my heart. Between the body corporate of Alinta and Angor as property managers, i honestly dent know who's worse. Shortly after moving in to this complex, our levies were increased by R1,500.00 and we were told that its a "reserve fund". The levies paid in this complex is among the highest in JHB South. All while we have brick paving and no shade nets. Water leaks and drainage issues. A gentleman by the name of Oscar Wisniewski is responsible for managing this complex, problem is, he has the empathy of a door knob. He wouldn't respond to anything that doesn't concern him. Our water meter leaked for A YEAR without any assistance. Someone finally arrived to fix the leak, however my water bill for that month was in excess of R3000.00

To date, no one has bothered to resolve any of our concerns. I dent expect any assistance. i Just was to get out of that God forsaken complex and never have to deal with Angor again.
