Need March 2020 payment erroneously made to Angor Property Management
I live at a complex called Honeybush in Honeydew. I paid R1500 to Angor Properties in March 2020. Payment should have been made to Whitfields Property Management. I missed the email that instructed us to make payments to the new property managemnet company. I have been sending emails with prrof os payment to Natasha (Angor Properties- who used to send monthly statements) and to Nicole, the lasy responsible for Whitfields accounts. None of them has responded. Yes, it is still during the lockdown period. But Whitfields has been sending monthly statements without fail.

Please note that any money received by ANGOR prior to 11 March 2020 was transferred to the new Managing Agent, Whitfields on 11 March 2020. Please contact Whitfields should you require any further assistance in the allocation of your payments to your levy account.

08 May 2020, 16:07If payment was made to ANGOR after 11 March 2020, please provide us with proof of payment indicating the account number the payment was made into and the amount paid, so that we can trace the payment and transfer the funds to Whitfields.
