My experience with Janine (Angor Property)
Janine handled my recent insurance claim… and my experience of her was, she was very prompt with follow up’s, with the insurer, copying me in all correspondences, and give regular updates, as and when things happened. Even when I picked up a call once, and did some enquiries, she escalated immediately to the relevant department, and copying on the response within minutes.
I think this was super service.. well done to her.
