<p>Angor property specialists are the worst agents to deal with!!!Firstly their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Not only do they take forever to get back to you on what deposit you will receive back (1 month later) they charge extremely large amounts to fix things for fixing such small things and for things that we did not even break

A deposit can only be returned when all factors have been considered:
As you are in breach of your lease agreement due to early termination, a Lease Cancellation Fee applies as was explained to you when you contacted the offices. Please refer to clause 29.1 of the signed lease agreement.
The initial contractor that was assigned to quote from information received from the signed exit inspection, was in a car accident so another contractor had to be allocated, which delayed the process somewhat.
When querying the office on the refund of your deposit, it was communicated to you that a final calculation could only be done once the maintenance has been quantified.
The quote, approved by the owner, was sent to you yesterday, 23 February 2017. We have not received your response in this regard nor have we received an email disputing any of the maintenance costs. Please refer to clauses 6.3; 6.4 and 11.1 of your signed lease agreement regarding maintenance and your responsibility, as well as the time frame regarding refunding the balance of deposit.
Once we receive your response and acceptance of the quote, a final calculation can be completed and communicated.
