"mismanaged funds" apparently - bad service , not reliable.
Angor has mismanaged our levies so badly that the municipality has disconnected our services. They didn't pay for almost a year. They are owing almost ****. We can't trust them as a reliable property management specialist.

We do, however, wish to furnish you with the facts of the matter in an attempt to provide clarity on how this account come about. River Edge stopped receiving regular statements from March 2024. No further statements were received despite numerous calls, queries logged and follow-ups. ANGOR, in their best efforts to mitigate the matter, made interim estimate payments to the council where possible and dependent on the availability of scheme funds.
In November last year, we received a statement indicating an amount of over R600 000 due to the council and immediately suggested to the board of Trustees that a Utility Specialist be engaged to resolve the matter.
Both the Trustees and the ANGOR finance department worked tirelessly to reconcile the account and ultimately confirmed that the amount due was, in fact, correct and payable.
The Utility Specialist negotiated a down payment of R300 000 with the council requiring the Trustees to seek owner approval to make this payment. Despite the calling of 2 meetings to discuss this with the owners, a quorum was not reached due to lack of attendance by the owners.
The Trustees took the decision, in the best interests of all members, to proceed with the payment and enter into an arrangement with the council.
ANGOR and the board of Trustees have been working tirelessly since to make the required payments to the council in order to establish the arrangement. The 2 separate payments were completed today and an AOD has been secured.

The City of Tshwane has requested technicians work to restore the water as soon as possible but they have not committed to a time frame on when this will be completed.
