Melani Van Niekerk: Great Service!

Hi HP,

I interacted with Melani Van Niekerk on the 18th January 2023 when I had the unfortunate experience of a burst geyser at 4am in the morning. My first impression of Melani was her calm demeanor which placed me at ease. She followed through on email with what had been discussed on the phone call, was courteous and I enjoyed interacting with her. Even today, if I enquire about the geyser claim she responds almost instantly, which is actually rare in the virtual world :)

Thanks Mel, Kudo's to you for being a star person to deal with especially in a country where our support and service levels are not very good.
