Lilanie Bernhardt...a much needed breath of fresh air!

As part of a complex managed by ANGOR, I have, for years not been particularly thrilled with ANGOR's responsiveness to communication. It has been a series of hits and misses...with more of the latter. I have, as a result, tended to regard them as a 'high maintenance' property manager. Until now... Lilanie Bernhardt is now the main contact between the complex residents and ANGOR, and she is the proverbial 'breath of fresh air'. She is responsive, she keeps to her word, and she always aims to be helpful. I have had nothing but outstanding service from her. I hope she sticks around for a while, but when she is promoted, I hope she will ensure that someone as brilliant takes over from her. Keep up the great work, Lilanie!!
