Lerato Motileng alerted me that my limit on my debit order would be exceeded on my next rates payment, which would have resulted in the debit order not being paid. I was able to avert this hassle and Lerato assisted me with raising my limit for future and confirmation of the new limit. He did an excellent job and was very efficient with his assistance.
