Kethabile Tsolo was very efficient and professional in how she handled my claim. She provided feedback at a reasonable time and never did I have to email or call to find out what was happening. And as a middleman she went the extra mile and provided information to the insurer that was needed and already at her disposal. Very very happy with her service, professionalism and efficiency.
